Identify which stage is waiting

“My payout is pending” can describe money that is not available yet, a payment method under review or a transfer already requested. Check Earnings & Payouts and write down the exact stage before applying a timing estimate.

Fanvue says earnings typically move from Pending to Available after 7 days. The same article says an unverified fan email can hold payment for thirty days; a pending balance is not yet withdrawable. Fanvue: Pending vs Available Balance

Check withdrawal prerequisites

An available balance is necessary but may not be sufficient. Confirm the actual dashboard threshold and required account setup.

Fanvue states a baseline minimum available balance of USD 20 for withdrawal. Regional variations can make the actual minimum higher; check the current payout dashboard. Fanvue: How to receive a payout

Separate method review from transfer

Adding a payout method starts a different process from clearing the underlying earnings. Keep the method review and the requested withdrawal separate in your notes.

A newly added Fanvue payout method may remain In review for up to 24 hours. A security check, distinct from earnings becoming available and the subsequent transfer. Fanvue: How to receive a payout

Fanvue’s instructions describe sending requested funds to the selected payout method within three to five business days. Timing depends on the method; this is not the Pending-balance clock or a guarantee of final bank availability. Fanvue: How to receive a payout

Inspect the fee before confirming

The amount available and the amount received can differ. Review the withdrawal fee and net amount, then distinguish any external provider transfer from Fanvue’s own payout.

Prepare a useful support request

Keep a private note of the requested date, method, exact displayed status and reference. Describe the missing outcome in one sentence. Do not publish banking details, identity documents, login information or an unredacted wallet screenshot.

If the result is unclear, ask about the existing request instead of repeatedly withdrawing. A support conversation should resolve the current stage before another action changes the evidence.
