Start with the wallet status

Fansly payout time involves several clocks. Find the current status first: a pending sale has not yet entered withdrawal review, and approval is not bank arrival.

Start with the wallet status
StageWhat starts the clockYour next check
Pending saleThe individual sale’s earning time.Wait for its hold to complete; compare the earning timestamp.
Available for PayoutThe sale has cleared its pending period.Check your method, required account details and eligibility before requesting.
RequestedYou submit a withdrawal.Track review from the request time.
ApprovedThe request is approved.Check whether payment-method batching applies.
ProcessingFansly marks the payout as processing.Use business days and check the receiving account.

Sale hold and withdrawal review

Record both timestamps. Counting from the sale date when the payout is still Requested combines two different stages and makes a delay hard to diagnose.

Each sale stays pending for 7 days before becoming available for payout. Counted from that transaction’s earning time; this is not bank arrival time. Fansly: Payout Processing Times

Most withdrawal requests are reviewed and approved within 48 hours, according to Fansly. Typical review, not a guarantee; approval and processing are distinct statuses. Fansly: Payout Processing Times

Why approval can take longer for some methods

The selected payment method can change what happens between approval and processing. Check its current minimum and batching conditions before interpreting an Approved status as a missing transfer.

International bank transfers and cryptocurrency payouts use three-day batches. A cooldown can group subsequent requests; consult the wallet’s current status. Fansly: Payout Processing Times

EU/UK SEPA requests below the minimum can stay Approved until the cumulative minimum or the waiting-period limit is reached. Fansly specifies a USD 50 cumulative threshold or fourteen days, whichever occurs first. Fansly: Payout Processing Times

Processing and receiving-account arrival

Use the processing timestamp as the starting point for delivery. Weekends and bank holidays can make calendar-day counting misleading. Check the receiving account as well as the platform wallet.

From Processing status, delivery typically takes one to three business days. Bank holidays and weekends are excluded; some methods are faster. Fansly: Payout Processing Times

An illustrative timeline

Imagine a sale made on a Monday afternoon. Its pending clock starts then. A withdrawal requested after those funds become available starts a new review clock. An approval later in the week may still precede a method’s next processing batch.

Once the wallet changes to Processing, start the delivery check from that status change. This sequence explains which clock to use; it does not promise a particular arrival date.

Prepare a useful support request

Collect the payout date, amount, current status and selected payment method. Use Fansly’s official support route when the published processing guidance has been exceeded or the wallet says Processed but the funds have not arrived.

A concise message can say: “My payout requested on [date] is [status]. It changed to Processing on [date]. The selected method is [method], and the receiving account has not shown the transfer. Could you check its current stage?” Supply the amount privately in the official support conversation.

Do not post wallet screenshots containing account details in a public group. If you are asking a general community question, the status and approximate timing are usually enough.
