Start with the community’s actual purpose
Searching for ewhoring on Reddit can lead to discussions of fraud, creator work or agency offers. Read the context instead of treating the word as a business category. The historical meaning involves impersonation; authorized creator promotion still needs an honest identity, permitted material and the community’s permission.
