Evaluate the thing being sold, not just the result

A method, course, community membership and management service are different purchases. Start by writing down what the seller will actually provide, when it arrives and what happens if it is unavailable. An income claim is not the deliverable.

The historical research behind the term ewhoring describes fraud and analyzes forum claims with important evidence limits. Do not interpret the existence of a method discussion as proof that its activity is authorized, permitted or profitable.

The study analyzes self-reported evidence posted by forum users; the figures do not establish typical present-day earnings. Historical sample, selection effects and unverifiable claims limit conclusions. Measuring eWhoring (2019)

Use a decision record before paying

Keep unanswered fields marked unknown. A complete-looking spreadsheet with guessed values can be less useful than a short list of genuine gaps.

Use a decision record before paying
FieldUseful answerReason to pause
DeliverableNamed lessons, work, access or files and delivery timing.Only a vague promise of results.
Identity and rightsWho supplies the service and what they may represent or use.The method needs stolen material or a fabricated persona.
Platform fitThe actual intended activity and current applicable rules. The explanation depends on staying undetected.
Financial evidenceDefined period, receipts, reversals, costs and time.Only an isolated income screenshot.
Payment and supportWritten price, support and refund terms.Pressure to pay before basic terms are supplied.
ExitHow access, recurring charges and retained data are handled. No clear way to end the arrangement.

Separate an unverified claim from a proven falsehood

A seller may have omitted information without having fabricated it. Record what the material supports and what it does not. You can decide not to buy an unverifiable promise without claiming to have proved a crime.

For example, a dashboard may show a sales total while staffing costs remain unknown. The supported statement is that a sales figure was displayed. The record does not establish take-home profit, typical performance or what a new buyer will achieve.

Check the activity against the actual platform

Review a specific plan rather than a generic label such as traffic or chatting. What will be posted, who receives a message, whose account is used and what is offered? Those details decide which rules matter.

The Reddit, Snapchat and Tinder guides cover different restrictions. A permissive claim from one platform cannot establish permission on another. Telegram contact expectations also apply when usernames are public.

Choose proceed, clarify or decline

Proceed only on the basis of the stated service and evidence you actually have. Clarify when a specific answer would change the decision, such as the commission basis or duration of access. Decline when the plan requires deception, prohibited contact or risks you are unwilling to accept.

Write one sentence explaining your decision. “Deliverable is clear, but platform permission is missing; do not buy yet” is a useful outcome. More screenshots are not necessarily the missing evidence.

If you have already paid

Collect the offer, transaction record and support correspondence without distributing private customer data. Ask the seller to address the concrete mismatch between the promised and received deliverable. For available dispute or reporting routes, use the actual payment provider and platform support.

Do not pay a new stranger who promises to recover an account or funds in exchange for credentials. Avoid retaliatory contact, threats or publishing identifying information. This checklist cannot determine a legal remedy or guarantee a refund.
