A hypothetical period with refunded gross sales, no extra processing costs, a user-entered payout cost and other operating costs. The remaining amount is a scenario before income tax, not an available account balance.
Estimate what remains after the platform deduction
Enter Fan Payments before the platform deduction, using one accounting period. This is a scenario calculator, not a connection to your account or an earnings forecast. The commission field starts from the current documented platform fee; edits are your own assumptions.
OnlyFans states that its fee is 20% of the total Fan Payment. Creator payouts section; this is a platform deduction, not a complete business-cost estimate. OnlyFans: current Terms of Service
Use the right starting figures
Use USD amounts consistently. If a record is already net of the platform fee, do not enter it as gross receipts and deduct the fee again. Receiving-bank conversion and transfer charges belong in your actual cost inputs.
OnlyFans says Fan Payments and Creator Earnings are transacted in USD. A bank or e-wallet may apply conversion or other charges outside the platform’s control. OnlyFans: current Terms of Service
| Input | What it represents |
|---|---|
| Gross receipts | Fan Payments before the modeled platform deduction; keep amounts collected for tax outside this scenario. |
| Refunded receipts | The gross value of reversed sales in the same period, not an already-net wallet adjustment. |
| Processing percentage and fixed charge | Optional actual extra charges you choose to model. They are not a claimed additional OnlyFans fee. |
| Payout and other costs | Your actual withdrawal, receiving and operating costs, counted once. |
Understand the refund convention
This model removes refunded gross sales before applying the platform fee. That produces a proportional reversal of the modeled creator receipts. The terms allow deduction of the Creator Earnings portion of a successful refund or chargeback; the calculator does not verify an individual dispute or its outcome.
Any processing charges you enter remain charged on original transactions. If your statement reverses those charges or allocates an adjustment differently, reconcile the actual lines rather than treating this scenario as a platform ledger.
OnlyFans may deduct the Creator Earnings portion of a successfully refunded or charged-back Fan Payment. This describes the stated adjustment authority, not a promise that every sale is final or that every dispute has the same outcome. OnlyFans: current Terms of Service
Separate net receipts from a withdrawable balance
The result is after the costs you entered and before income tax. Negative results remain visible. A positive result does not establish that funds are available to withdraw or that a bank transfer has arrived. Zero costs mean you chose not to model those costs.
OnlyFans withdrawals depend on available earnings and the minimum payout requirement. Read the amount and available payout option in the actual account; the terms do not supply one universal minimum here. OnlyFans: current Terms of Service

Reconcile a difference before changing the assumptions
Compare the original sale period, gross versus net starting figure, adjustments and receiving costs. Keep the original sale and its reversal distinguishable; a selected revenue screenshot cannot establish business profit.
Use the agency calculator separately if a manager receives a percentage. Define the gross or net commission basis first instead of hiding an unknown agency arrangement inside a guessed platform rate.
